Kerberos rsh works fine, rlogin -x works (mostly), but regular
rlogin seems to fail in krb_sendauth()/krb_recvauth() somewhere.

My guess is that there is some improper ioctl() setting on the
pseudo terminal that gets created, so the authorization data
isn't getting through correctly.

If anyone has this working on a MIPS machine, I'd appreciate
hearing that it can in fact be done, as well as any tips or
fixes that are useful.
