The latest code from TAPR is 1.1.7b, and I'll be putting a binary image on
the machine col.hp.com sometime in the next couple days... we voted at the
board meeting last Friday to once again allow instant FTP and BBS availability
of TNC-2 firmware upgrades as soon as they are available...

I have not heard of a 1.1.8 yet.
