I don't know of any routers which support the new form of ICMP message
defined in RFC1191, but it is important to understand that the protocol
was designed to work with any router that conforms to existing standards
(for IP and ICMP). You just get faster results when the routers implement
RFC1191.

For 4.3BSD-based routers: I did a pilot implementation while writing
the RFC, and I can provide the necessary changes.

To be sure: if any router vendor does implement RFC1191, I probably
wouldn't know about it.
