I believe that sometime in antiquity I got a de-fragmenter that was a beta
release (pre-production) of the Gazelle Disk De-fragmenter off of simtel20.  
It is called OPTUNE.  It works very well and is about 2-3 times faster 
than PC Tools COMPRESS and Norton SD.
