I've made a copy of the OST paper available for anonymous ftp on
dabo.ifs.umich.edu.

** ost, ost.ps.Z
"An Extensible I/O System," Jim Rees, Paul H. Levine, Nathaniel Mishkin,
Paul J. Leach. Presented at Summer 1986 Usenix Conference, Atlanta,
Georgia. Describes Extensible Streams and the Open Systems Toolkit used to
implement it. ASCII and postscript versions of this paper are in 'ost' and
'ost.ps.Z' respectively. Get the postscript version if you can, the ascii
one is missing the figures and has other formatting anomalies.
