The best known (and I would say one of the more reliable) is tpscript.
As you're in the UK, mail info-server@bath.ac.uk and you'll get help
on how to retrieve stuff from their archive (which includes tpscript).

To simply get tpscript by return mail, a message body of :

request: pdsoft
topic: unix-c/printers/tpscript.tar-z
request: end

will retrieve it for you.

Its also available on most ftp sites.
