I want to use the 'fullname' option in elm. It is used to specify
the name that elm will use when sending a message.

The problem I am having is that regardless of what I put in the
'fullname' option, all the messages that are received are from
Roland or from Wippel, but never from Roland Wippel which is what
I have in the fullname setting.

The elm manual mentions that it will default to the value in the
/etc/passwd file, but, I assume the 'fullname' option should
override that.
