Has anyone managed to get PC-TCP running in expanded memory
under Netroom? I didn't get very far, and technical support
is impossible to get a hold of.

QEMM is doing the job OK so far for me, but Netroom seems
to have a lot more potential for saving memory.

Thanks in advance for any sample config.sys and autoexec.bat
files. I'm running on a 386, 8 meg RAM, VGA, AT&T Ethernet
board, and MS-Windows 3.0.
