I've sent a bunch of Bourne shell scripts to the moderator of the USENET
comp.sources.misc newshgroup.  They're from the new Nutshell Handbook
"MH & xmh: E-mail for Users and Programmers" that just came out.
(I wrote it...)

You can also get the scripts as part of a bigger tar file for the book.
The file should be ready soon.  It will be on uunet.uu.net in the
directory nutshell/MHxmh.  Use anonymous ftp or anonymous uucp....
