Well, I'm not sure anyone cares, since the only reply I received to my
post was from Ralph Griswold. But in case someone missed it, or there
are some shy people out there, the answer to my question

>Is Icon V8 available for the Amiga?

Is "yes", it is available for ftp at cs.arizona.edu (sorry, don't know
IP#). The distribution is in the directory /icon/v8, and includes the
following files:

ame.zoo 185714 04/23/90 Icon executables for the Amiga.

ams.zoo 599980 04/24/90 Icon source code for the Amiga.

aml.zoo 379574 04/28/90 Icon program library for the Amiga.

Implementations are also available for Atari ST, Macintosh, MS-DOS, OS/2,
Unix, Unix PC, VMS, and Xenix/386. Also, generic distribution files are
available for porting to other systems.
