Yes.  The program is called SendPS.  It is a public domain application
from Adobe.  I use it often.  If you can't find it on the net 
(try sumex-aim.stanford.edu), e-mail me and I'll e-mail you back a copy
(that is if no one tells me that I'm not supposed to do that - I *think*
SendPS is public domain !?!).
