I've actually seen this happen on one of our Sun SPARC's
and what it turned out to be, is that your keyboard's jumper
settings are wrong. The jumper block is accessible under the
left "foot" of the keyboard behind the door. Contact Sun for
the correct setting, as I cannot remember what it is (and I'm
at home, so I cannot check...)
