Subject: Question about mv and su in 3.3.1

If I use su to become root while in my home directory, and I mv a file
to /tmp, for example, who should own the file? Me, or root? Under
3.2 I think that root would have been the owner(I don't remember,
could someone still running 3.2 please check?). Anyway, under 3.3.1, I
retain ownership of the file.

Has this been "fixed"? Is this a bug or a feature?
