There is a new version of DRVINST/DRVPOP, programs which let you install
most device drivers on-the-fly (no reboots, no changes to CONFIG.SYS), and
then lets you remove the driver when you are done with it.

The changes are:
        - works with more drivers (including PC/IP)
        - DRVPOP is safer than before

The new version is on [129.97.128.196] pub/drvins11.arc, it replaces
drvinst.arc
