In case my name somehow doesn't make it to the header of this posting,
I'll state it here.  My name is Jonathan Skean and I wonder if anyone who
knows will be kind enough to tell me how the old Soviet SKEAN missle came
to have my family name.  My last posting to this group was identified as
coming from the UNL news administrator so if this happens again please
don't trouble him or her with e-mail responses. You can reach me at

about the SKEAN but perhaps someone can contribute a comment about NATO
