I'm trying to write a rather large image reconstruction program for astronomers
using Turbo C++ with VROOM under DOS but alway bump up against memory barriers.

I was thinking of switching to OS2. Do I get a flat memory address space with
OS2 ? What are the basics besides a compiler that I need to start experimenting?
I don't need any fancy PM interface the basic operating system will do just
fine.

I have OS2 V1.2 Standard edition.

Thanks, Ajai.
