Yes, in fact, it's backed up by a minmal class browser.   It was developed
as a Master's thesis at U. Ill.  I got it courtesy of Ralph Johnson there.
From the README:

johnson@cs.uiuc.edu is keeping track of changes and keeping the latest
version in a.cs.uiuc.edu in /pub/c++browser.
