Lucky you; I've been battling since ... (Hmmm, it's been so long, I forget
if I started last year, or early this year)

Well, *I* can tell you *why* they don't have *your* copy, I've got it!
I've posted a very brief overview in another message, but the short of it
is that I have 1.3 for the IBM-PC _and_ PH's collection agency on my back
as a result of their inability to READ what they publish (THEIR registration
card reads "Atari ST", yet they send diskettes for IBM-PCs).

The moral of my dilema is: DON'T send in Atari ST registration cards.

Like I say in my summary: "Wanna trade a collection agency for 1.3?"

You're welcome.
