I'm running into a problem with HP servers (both R2 and R4) and
XDrawImageString. It appears to be filling in only a minimum bounding
box around the character. The font is a sort of homegrown one, converted
from a vfont by the OpenWindows program convertfont.
This application works fine under Sun(R2 and R4) and
NCD (2.1 and 2.2) servers.
Are there differences in text drawing between HP's X and MIT's?
Is this something I can fix by editing the BDF file by hand?
