yallara.cs.rmit.oz.au (131.170.24.42) now contains the complete tex
directory hierarchy on labrea.stanford.edu.
It is in the ftp area in pub/tex/labrea
Software, such as Rokicki's dvips, Imaketex for TeX 3.0, and
other assorted goodies are also available in pub/tex

Note this has been done for the benefit of those ``Down Under'' and in
the Asia Pacific region.
I do not have the time, or the inclination, at present to answer questions
associated with the software, so please resist the temptation unless
it something like, ``hey, this archive isn't complete''.

Now, if someone will send me some software to "mirror" the labrea archive,
for updates, I will do that too. It should run under 4.3
