Is there a bug in Motif with respect to displaying menu mnemonics? When
I define some mnemonics for menu buttons in my UIL file, they don't
show up on the screen when I fetch & manage the menu bar. The only Motif
demo program that I found to be using UIL-defined mnemonics (mre.c) has
a total kludge in it to display the menu items correctly. The kludge
seemed to require a prioiri knowledge of the menu structure, something I
can't assume.

Is there a correct way to handle this? Is it a bug that my 1.0.3 patch
should fix whenever it gets here?
