Last time I looked, the general guidelines for commercial postings on
Usenet and the specific guidelines for headhunter postings in misc.-
jobs.offered were pretty similar.  The principal rules were:

	* Identify the posting as being a commercial/headhunter posting.
	* Keep it factual, avoiding hype; headhunters should advertise
	  only in connection with actual openings.
	* Don't post for the same product or opening more than once.
	* And as always, post only to the specific relevant group(s).

Seems perfectly reasonable to me to accept headhunter postings in
can.jobs on similar terms.
