Look at the PATCHDATES file in the sources.

The 14-Sep-1989 patch is the latest.  (Note that the original posting
interacted badly with some of the unwanted "intelligence" in the patch
program, so a revised version went out a day or two later.)

The comp.sources.unix archives, e.g. on uunet, should have all of them.
