Queen station was definitely built to be a subway interchange, because
the original plan was to run the east-west subway line along Queen rather
than Bloor.  Plans changed when the TTC decided that the center of gravity
of downtown had shifted northward.

I'd be surprised if there was any significant amount of Queen tunnel, but
perhaps there is.
