With my current project rolling along I've come to another
problem. I think there is a solution, but I can't find anything
in the manuals:

     I'm using 8 * 8 and 16 * 16 cursors where the center point
is the "hot spot" rather than the upper left corner. Now, the
standard cursor set has a cross-hair, so it's clearly something
they knew people would be doing. Is there some system call I
can use to tell the system to display the cursor at an offset
of -3 * -3 or -7 * -7 (X * Y)? If not, I could work out a
kludge on the application level, but it's not something I'd
like to have on the application level.

Cheers! -- Jim O.
