I've been trying to get a few things running under OS-9
Windows and Multi-Vue. There seem to be some discrepancies
regarding functions that are supposed to work with both.

_ss_mous() is at least partly not working with the window
system without Multi-Vue. The follow flag definitely doesn't
work. I don't know if the sample rate and timeout parameters
are being set, but I suspect they aren't. I'm having results
that just don't seem right.

_ss_rel() also doesn't seem to work with the window system
without Multi-Vue. I get -1 returned and nothing ever seems
to get released.
