            5 --[ My Beelink U59 running OpenBSD kicked the bucket.

            8 I am currently typing this phlog out on my "old" desktop running Alpine
            9 Linux. It's done, hardware failure killed the U59. I don't know exactly
           10 how it happened, but I think it overheated because of the recent weather
           11 and somehow this killed the motherboard. I spent a long time trying to
           12 figure out what happened to it, but I couldn't. I didn't want to take it
           13 apart too much because I knew it was still covered by the warranty.

           16 It was around January this year that I got the U59, and it was great.
           17 I was able to run OpenBSD with it, which I couldn't do on my desktop
           18 because the hardware wasn't supported. I used Alpine Linux for my daily
           19 driver before OpenBSD, and luckily I had my alpine bootstrap scripts
           20 floating about, so I could boot up to an installation with 15 mins. The
           21 only issue I had was a lot of my dotfiles are needing fixed up for
           22 moving back to Linux. Things like unsupported flags or OpenBSD centric
           23 tools I was using. It's a real slog getting that sorted, I must admit.
