Center for the Environment (ICE)University of California Davis (UCD) ================================================================== A cooperative effort of environmental scientists at the University of California, Davis, and collaborators from more than 30 other organizations has resulted in what's being called the Information Center for the Environment (ICE). ICE is intended to be an information source for environmental protection issues. Visitors to the Web site will find links to dozens of resources on the topics of agriculture, air, biodiversity, ecology, energy, green commerce, habitats and ecosystems, protected areas, threatened and endangered species, and toxic materials. Other links at this site lead to specific projects, such as California Rivers Assessment or Man and the Biosphere. Toward the bottom of the site's home page, you'll find an alphabetical listing of all the Internet resources accessible through ICE.
