The Earth Observing System (EOS) Volcanology Home page is one of
NASA's Mission to Planet Earth interdisciplinary teams that study
global changes. The focus of research is on volcanoes, through the
use of polar-orbiting remote-sensing satellites. This site
outlines the group's volcano research and information on the
volcanoes studied by the team. Users can access
educational-outreach slide sets and reports, interactive
topographic analysis software for Unix/X Windows system,
documents, FAQs, a questionnaire, and an acronyms list. In
addition, there are links to other satellite data and
weather-related information provided by other organizations.
