The President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection
(PCCIP) advises and assists the President of the United States by
recommending a national strategy for protecting and assuring
critical infrastructures: telecommunications, transportation,
electric power, oil and gas, banking and finance, water, emergency
services and continuity of government services. The PCCIP Web site
contains background on the Commission and information about its
