New releases of Isite and Isearch
=================================

CNIDR is pleased to announce that new versions of Isite (1.08) and
Isearch (1.14) are now available at
ftp://ftp.cnidr.org/pub/software/Isite/untested
ftp://ftp.cnidr.org/pub/software/Isearch/untested They will reside
in the untested directories for a short beta-test period, then
will replace Isite 1.07 and Isearch 1.13 as the default
distributions. Isite is designed as a replacement for freeWAIS and
includes a sophisticated full-text search engine and a genuine
Z39.50 implementation. Please direct questions to the ISITE-L list
