Tool to quickly generate HTML from plain text

I would like to announce the page for a tool I have written which
takes plain text with no HTML formatting (but formatted with
carriage returns) and it converts quickly and automatically into
usable HTML. The tool runs under MS-Windows 3.1 onwards, NT and
Windows 95. The tool is free and inserts and markers when
appropriate and converts any http, gopher, ftp references into
live links with the appropriate etc around them. The tool is
called Q-HTML for "Quick HTML" and isn't going to win you any
awards for "cool" web pages but it will allow you to put up a lot
of text very quickly indeed - I used it to convert the
soc.culture.scottish FAQ (over 320K) and it saved me hours of
