Virtual Law: working on ideas now, for the laws of the future

The rate of technological change and its adoption into our society
occurs at an ever increasing rate. The foreseeable problem is
crime, and abuse of the systems as we know it, and will come to
know it. What I am proposing is a forum, where as users of the
internet we should be able to suggest, criticise and amend laws
which should be applicable in the future. The sort of concepts I
have thought of so far are i) Privacy considerations ii)
Undetectable crime iii) Freedom of speech Other ideas and thoughts
