World Wide Web Bulletin Board System

This whole thing was just a random idea that started bugging me
one day when I realized how much fun I used to have using the
Seattle area Citadel BBS network. Since I've been spending so much
time working with the internet lately, the idea of blending the
Citadel idea with the World Wide Web idea seemed rather
interesting. So, here goes nothing...

this is free, and contains no ads (unless you count things like
the "Planet Earth's Top 100 Web Sites" pointer). It will remain so
for the foreseeable future. This was designed to be amusing, not
profitable. :)
