http tiny library & raw client v1.1

I'm releasing the second public version of a very small (12kb) but
(IMO) usefull HTTP client library. We use it here for data
exchanges (bi directional) with our httpd which support PUT and
DELETE commands. The provided http_get(3) and http_head(3) (for
GET/HEAD queries) can be usefull to anyone. It is fully documented
and the included command line client http(1) is a good example of
use. http(1) can be used as an http url fetcher from the command
line, scripts, etc... The new release (1.1) augments 1.0 by adding
http_proxy support. You'll need C and Unix or compatible... Tested
without problems on HPUX, Solaris, OS9 and Linux Get more infos
