mjor focus on behavioral health policy (Alcoholism / Addictions/
Chemical Dependency / mental Health). Public policy resources on
the site include a law library, organization and coalition
position papers, and a mailing list for persons with a
professional interest in Behavioral Health Policy in New York
State. The listserv was established to promote coordination and
advocacy in areas of health insurance, Medicaid Managed Care, and
