Announcing GIF-TOOLS for the PC Two utilities for working with GIF
files... ---- GIFMake What can it do? 1. It can make multi-image
animated GIF files. 2. It can make transparent GIF files. 3. It
can add a Netscape loop for use on your WWW pages. 4. It can
manipulate any number of GIF89a GIF files (i.e. change background
color, change virtual image dimensions, add user input, add
delays, etc.). 5. It can even delete comments! What does it
require (or not)? 1. A PC in the 8086 family. 2. MS-DOS 5.5 or
higher (I think), so it will run through Windows 3.x, Windows '95,
and even a 286 with a VGA monitor. 3. NO RAM! Is it fast?
