Far Too Jones, from Raleigh, NC, have independently released their
debut seven-song EP ("Far Too Jones") on compact disc. The band
originally formed in November of 1993, and has been writing,
performing, and creating a following ever since. Far Too Jones'
music is characterized by groove-oriented rhythms, catchy guitar
riffs, and strong soulful vocals. They have toured and performed
with such well-known acts as Hootie and the Blowfish, Sheryl Crow,
and The Connells. The band is currently touring the southeast in
support of their self-titled CD, produced by Dick Hodgin. (Hootie
and the Blowfish, Flat Duo Jets, Johnny Quest, Cravin' Melon). The
