Small Business Friendly program, standard for business on the Net

A new program has started, and with it a new standard for business
on the Internet. The Small Business Friendly program, located at
http://www.bellicose.com/sbf/ is a non-profit service dedicated to
providing a guide to companies, and their Web sites, that provide
reliable services and information to small businesses. We're
making a path to the "fair players." The future of the Internet is
being determined and molded daily, primarily by the major players,
such as browser and software companies, advertising professionals,
