Stop JavaScript scrolling messages

Stop the Status Bar! Get rid of those scrolling menaces. Keep
Netscape from running out of memory and get back in control of
your browser. If you come across a "scrolling varmint" * load the
above page & launch the disinfectant window * reload the offending
page and STOP the scroller with a simple button press. If you find
