brief customer-service survey

Recently, my local bank began a policy of giving cash to customers
who weren't smiled at and called by name. While I support good
customer service, I don't want kindness under some financial
threat! But the manager of the bank disagress with me about the
policy (she says there's nothing wrong with it), so I thought I
would let the Web decide. Go to the web page above, and let me
