Today, in almost every Christian denomination, heated discussions
are going on over such issues as women's ordination, racism, the
Sabbath, biblical authority, etc. The emotional nature of these
issues, coupled with the manner in which some of the discussions
have been conducted, have often caused, and continue to cause, a
great deal of confusion and hurt. The offer that follows is a
genuine attempt to do something about the confusion, betrayal, and
