Hytelnet.

This program assists people using library resources by automating
the process. Hytelnet is a program that presents library resources
on an easy-to-use menu interface. When you choose a resource,
Hytelnet will show you how to access the resource, or even connect
you to it automatically. Executables for various machines, as well
as source, are available.
