People who live in the United States and Canada can put their
real-estate listings on the Web on the Internet Properties site.
The site allows free three-month real-estate listings and free
real-estate browsing. People who want to add pictures to their
real-estate listings can do so, although Internet Properties,
Inc., will charge a small fee for the use of pictures. The
real-estate search page allows users to specify the nearest major
city and search for homes for sale, rent, or both. Users can also
limit their searches with more exact specifications such as price
range, amenity requirements, and specific city, town, or street.
The page also contains a link to a page that offers state and
province directories of real estate, home inspectors, and other
professionals. There is a link to CityNet, so that you can find
out about what cities you may wish to live in, and there is a
question-and-answer page that gives you all the information you
need to know before you participate in the Internet Properties
Listings.
