US West offers specialized fax services, such as fax mailboxes,
broadcast faxes, and fax requests. When your line is busy or
out-of-order, your faxes are electronically stored for you. Once
your fax machine is free, your faxes will be forwarded to you
automatically. With broadcast fax service, you can send the same
fax to 5 or 5,000 locations simultaneously, in less than one hour.
Scheduled Delivery allows you to send faxes outside of business
hours, when lower phone rates are in effect. FaxRequest allows you
a convenient way to distribute information, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. Callers can select information from your library of
documents and automatically receive the requested information on a
fax machine.
