Open University Distance Entrepreneurship

The Open University is a school registered in the state of Florida
to provide educational opportunities for adults to enhance
appropriate skills and compete effectively as self-employed
entrepreneurs in modern business and industry. Students study from
home or work and take part in two one-week residency sessions
during the course of study. During the non-residency modules,
students maintain regular contact with faculty and advisors
through fax, modem, e-mail, and teleconferencing. Because the
students use the Internet, the school maintains a fair amount of
information on its Web site. The school consists of the Center for
Business and Professional Development, including the National
Mortgage Investors Institute, the International Factoring
Institute, and the Diversified Cash Flow Institute, as well as the
Graduate School of Entrepreneurship.
