OCEANIC

Maintained by the Ocean Information Center at the University of
Delaware Graduate College of Marine Studies, OCEANIC is an online
collection of marine-related databases. Located here is the World
Ocean Circulation Experiment, which catalogs tidal paths and
oceanic currents throughout the globe, as well as TOGA (Tropical
Ocean Global Atmosphere program) and COARE (Coupled
Ocean-Atmosphere Response Experiment), research projects
investigating the role of tropic regions on marine-atmosphere
systems. Also provided is the latest information about research
vessel schedules and destinations.
