W.E.B Du Bois Institute for Afro-American Research

The W.E.B. Du Bois Institute was founded in 1975; it sponsors
conferences, lectures, readings, and forums. The Institute has
long studied the history, culture, and social institutions of
African Americans, and now with their official Web page their work
is accessible to millions of people on the Net. This site has
eight areas to explore, with topics such as research projects,
conferences, working groups, and publications. Unfortunately these
areas only explain what the Institute is currently working on,
without the actual findings or reports available online. Most
areas do explain where to find this information offline.
