E-mail Address-Finding Tools

This useful index provides a series of links to well-proven
resources for finding e-mail addresses on the Internet. There is
no one way to go about the process of looking up someone's
address. Depending on their organization or activity, whether they
are home PC users or are hooked up to a Mac-dominated facility,
you will need a different resource. Several are available here.
Use OKRA net.citizen directory or one of the WHOIS services for
searches on the Web; the NetFind gopher for gopher institutions
(many universities); or one of the several telnet resources for
the United States or International areas. These choices are by no
means the be-all and end-all of address finding, but there are
enough resources available here to make this site a worthwhile
first stop.
