The Wonders of Physics

If science instructors find that their students are not doing
their homework, falling asleep in class, or just plain bored with
traditional lectures, they might want to check out the Wonders of
Physics. Started at the University of Wisconsin in 1984 as a way
of attracting young students' interest, it is a playful and
innovative way to teach the difficult subject of physics.
Presented as a show (more like a circus), Professor Clint Sprott
entertains while he shows how the world of science is not only
fascinating, but really a lot of fun. Professor Sprott is
available for hire, although most of his material can be purchased
in the form of handouts and videotapes.
